Terms of Use
These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “You”) and SkyCorporate Travels Pvt Ltd, operating under the holiday brand SkyRover (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using the website www.skyrover.in (“Site”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you disagree with any of these Terms, you are prohibited from using this Site and must discontinue its use immediately.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or alter these Terms at any time. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting on the Site. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly, and continued use of the Site will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Eligibility & Use of the Website
- You must be at least 18 years old and possess the legal authority to agree to these Terms.
- If booking on behalf of others, you are responsible for informing them of these Terms and ensuring compliance.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during your use of the Site. Failure to do so may result in account suspension or termination.
Paying for Your Holiday
- To confirm your chosen arrangements, you may either pay a partial amount or pay in full, as per your preference and the package details.
- If you choose to pay a partial amount, the balance must be cleared within three (3) days. Failure to do so will result in cancellation, and cancellation charges will apply.
- Payments secure tickets, tours, and other travel arrangements, which will be confirmed at the time of booking.
- Travel documents will be sent to you within 14 days of receiving the final payment.
- For bookings made less than 30 days before departure, the total amount is payable immediately upon confirmation.
- Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, internet banking, or bank transfer.
Convenience Fees
- Convenience fees apply to all payments except those transferred directly into our bank account.
- We reserve the right to withdraw waivers for convenience fees on payments made after the booking date.
Credit Card Fraud Contingency:
- If incorrect billing information is provided, it may delay ticket issuance and increase the overall cost.
- We reserve the right to cancel bookings for declined payments or incorrect card details.
- Random checks may be conducted to minimize fraud, requiring proof of address, credit card copies, and recent statements.
Refund & Cancellation
SkyRover ensures that the most up-to-date and correct prices are displayed on our website. However, we reserve the right to adjust prices due to errors or changes in supplier costs.
- If an error is identified, we will notify you as soon as possible.
- You may choose to accept the revised price or cancel the booking for a full refund.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 3-21 working days, depending on the mode of payment.
- Refunds are initiated only to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon after verification.
If You Change Your Booking
- Requests for changes must be made in writing by the lead name on the booking.
- Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.
- Any change in the departure date is treated as a cancellation, and full cancellation charges will apply.
- Certain arrangements may not be amendable after confirmation, and modifications may require a full-cost rebooking.
If You Cancel Your Holiday
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by the lead name or authorized representative.
- Cancellation charges are calculated based on the time before departure when the request is received.
- Charges are a percentage of the total holiday cost and are non-refundable.
- If partial cancellations occur within a group, remaining travelers may incur additional costs, such as single room supplements.
If We Change or Cancel Your Holiday
SkyRover reserves the right to make changes or cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Minor changes will be communicated at the earliest.
- For significant changes, you will have the option to:
- Accept the revised arrangements.
- Choose alternative arrangements of equal or lesser value.
Behavior Policy
SkyRover reserves the right to terminate services if a traveler’s behavior causes danger, disruption, or damage to property. No refunds or additional costs incurred due to such behavior will be borne by SkyRover.
Complaints
- Report any issues during your trip to the service provider or SkyRover representative immediately.
- Post-trip complaints must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within seven (7) days of your return.
Force Majeure
SkyRover is not liable for disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government restrictions. Refunds or rescheduling will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold SkyRover, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, agents, partners, and employees harmless from any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of:
- Your use of the Website;
- Breach of these Terms of Use;
- Violation of any rights of a third party, including intellectual property rights;
- Fraudulent activities or unauthorized actions under your account.
Ownership of Content
All trademarks, logos, and content on the Site are the intellectual property of SkyCorporate Travels Pvt Ltd. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of this content is strictly prohibited.
Jurisdiction & Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction granted to the courts in Dehradun.
